Exceeding Expectations Everyday

Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers, Affiliates and Advertisers, our partners and fellow employees.  With this in mind, we created the Exceeding Expectations Everyday (E3) program.  As a part of this program we want to make sure we recognize team members whose actions best exemplify the E3 spirit.  When one of our people goes above and beyond to meet an Affiliate’s or Advertiser’s needs (or any other internal or external business associate) we want to hear about it.  When we learn of a special instance of truly exemplary service, we present that person with an E3 award.  We also select one annual award winner from everyone who is recognized during the year.
