CPA Empire® Join the Team Rewards Program
CPA Empire® introduces its Join the Team Rewards Program where every active Affiliate in the CPA Empire® network has the opportunity to earn merchandise based on monthly revenue activity!
Each month, enrolled Affiliates in good standing who earn over $5,000 in Eligible Commissions (defined below) will earn a Join the Team reward. The reward will change each month, but will always focus on making each Affiliate a part of the CPA Empire® team.
The Join the Team Rewards Program is an added benefit available to CPA Empire® affiliates only. To be eligible to take part in this free benefit, you must be an active affiliate in good standing and enroll into the program by completing the information located to the top of this page.

The Official Rules – Join the Team Rewards Program
Each current Affiliate of CPA Empire®, a division of Media Breakaway, LLC (“Media Breakaway”), must completely and accurately fill out the free enrollment form above to participate in the Join the Team Rewards Program (the “Program”). The Program begins November 1, 2007 and is scheduled to continue through November 30, 2008, although Media Breakaway may change or discontinue the Program without notice at any time. Participation in the Program will commence during the month during which the Affiliate officially enrolls in the Program. By enrolling in this Program, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, by CPA Empire’s Terms and Conditions, and by the decisions of Media Breakaway regarding the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions and these Official Rules, which shall be considered final and binding. Media Breakaway reserves the right to amend these Official Rules, and any amendments shall come into force upon being posted on the CPA Empire® website.
This Program is based on the amount of total payable Eligible Commissions generated by the Affiliate on a monthly basis. Eligible Commissions will not carry over from month to month. Enrolled Affiliates who earn $5,000 in monthly Eligible Commissions in a given month will be eligible to receive the monthly reward (“Reward”), subject to these Official Rules. The item(s) selected as each month’s Reward shall be chosen by Media Breakaway in its sole discretion.
Eligible Commissions generated are subject to the restrictions set forth in the CPA Empire® Affiliate Terms and Conditions, and each Affiliate who enrolls in the program must remain in good standing in order to earn a Reward. Eligible Commissions do not include revenue from campaigns with payouts of $2.00 or less. Additional campaigns may be deemed to not qualify for Eligible Commission for this Program at the sole discretion of Media Breakaway. Affiliate accounts may not be combined. Only one Reward may be earned per month by each Affiliate (individual and/or company) enrolled in the Program.
Each Affiliate who enrolls in the Program agrees that Media Breakaway may use his/her name and likeness to post on the CPA Empire® website and as part of its other promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Except for Networks and List Partners, the Program is open to all CPA Empire® Affiliates in good standing. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Federal, state, and local taxes or duties on the Reward are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate earning the Reward. Affiliates authorize the deduction of said taxes or duties, if any, from the Reward(s) earned to the extent required by law. All Rewards are subject to any applicable third party terms and conditions. No substitution or transfer of Rewards by Affiliates is permitted.
In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the Reward or Reward notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the Reward will be forfeited.
By enrolling in the Program, the Affiliate agrees that if the Affiliate receives a Reward through the Join the Team Rewards Program the Affiliate will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Media Breakaway and its owners, employees, agents and attorneys from any claims, damages, etc. that may arise out of or from this Program. Any claim or dispute arising from or out of this Program and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue for any such claim or dispute shall be exclusively in the Federal or state court in the County of Denver, Colorado.
