Affiliate Marketing is a method used to promote an Advertiser’s online business in which an Affiliate (an individual or company unrelated to the Advertiser) is rewarded for every visitor, subscriber, customer, lead, or sale generated for the Advertiser through that Affiliate’s efforts.
A CPA Network connects Advertisers with Affiliates who will promote their offers on a Cost-Per-Action basis. Rather than paying up front for advertising space, the Advertiser only pays for a pre-defined action (customer lead created, sale completed, etc.) The Affiliate is paid for every one of those pre-defined actions they can generate for the Advertiser’s offer.
By leveraging our network of Affiliates, you can dramatically increase the exposure of your offer. The best part is that you aren’t paying just for exposure (as with traditional advertising), you only pay for actual leads or sales (depending on the designated action you are paying for). This is true pay-for-performance marketing.

6) How much does it cost to join CPA Empire® as an advertiser?
There is no cost to join CPA Empire® as an Advertiser. When you first begin working with us, we do require a security deposit. This deposit is not a set up fee and is fully refundable.
7) What steps does CPA Empire® take to ensure that all offers are compliant with FTC guidelines and other regulations?
Our knowledge of legal compliance issues is unmatched in the industry. In fact, we regularly give presentations on compliance issues at industry events, as well as providing webcasts to our Advertisers and Affiliates. We put that expertise to work as we consult with each advertiser to ensure that every offer is fully compliant with FTC and state regulations regarding online advertising. No other network provides you with this level of support, giving you a competitive edge in this highly sensitive area.
The cost per action (CPA or payout) is unique to each Advertiser offer. We work with you on each of your offers to determine what we believe will be an appropriate cost per action (one that fits your customer acquisition metrics and also will be attractive to our Affiliates and generate response to your offer). Once an offer has gone live, we also monitor the performance and make recommendations if we believe that a change in the payout amount would help improve productivity.
We are able to generate very high volume, depending on the offer. Each Advertiser’s offer is different and many variables can affect the lead volume we can produce. When we first discuss your offer we will give you our recommendations and estimates on the volume we believe the campaign can generate.
10) How does CPA Empire® track leads or sales generated on my offers?
Leads and sales are tracked through a third-party system (Direct Track), ensuring accuracy and validity. Pixels are placed on each Advertiser’s confirmation page (following the pre-defined action being produced). The system tracks impressions, clicks, and leads or sales. In addition, our team constantly monitors lead and sales traffic as a further quality control check on your offers. You can log into our system at any time to check on the statistics of your various offers.
11) What types of affiliates make up the CPA Empire® network?
Our network is made up of a wide variety of Affiliates, providing a full spectrum of marketing mediums. Our Affiliates specialize in Banner and Text Ad Placement, Search Marketing, Opt-in Email Promotions, Media Buying, and various other online advertising practices. When you set up a campaign, you can authorize Affiliates to use all of these options or limit their efforts to specific types of marketing initiatives.
