Westminster, CO May 31, 2006 – OptInRealBig.com LLC, an industry leader in online direct marketing today announced additions and changes to the company’s management team. Missy Ward has been named Director of Business Development, Tom Wozniak has joined the company as Director of Marketing and Tony Bebber has been named Creative Department Manager.
“We are thrilled to have Missy, Tom and Tony take on these roles,” remarked Steve Richter, President of OptInRealBig.com. “Each of them exemplifies the tremendous ability, enthusiasm and leadership qualities we are looking for as we add new members to our team here in Colorado and our new office on the East Coast.”
In her new role, Missy will focus on maximizing sales and profitability within the company’s existing business, as well as identifying and developing profitable new business lines. She will also play an integral part in the company’s expansion plans as Missy will head up the new East Coast office in Orlando, FL.
“Missy has played a key role in the success of OptInRealBig since joining the company two years ago,” said Scott Richter, CEO. “She is a core member of our management team and has been integral to our rapid growth. We are excited to have Missy take on this new position where she will continue to bring tremendous value to the company by focusing on optimizing the performance of our current business and identifying opportunities for us to expand and grow the business in new directions.”
Missy brings more than 10 years of online and offline experience to her new role with the company. While with OptInRealBig, Missy has held the position of Director of Marketing and has also played a leading role with the CPAEmpire.com Affiliate Program. In recognition of her abilities, Missy was named the #1 Affiliate Manager by a poll of the 40,000 readers of AdBumb Magazine. Missy is also the co-founder of the Affiliate Summit Conference, which provides educational and networking opportunities for the affiliate marketing industry.
As Director of Marketing, Tom will take charge of all of OptInRealBig’s marketing programs and public relations activities. He will focus on enhancing communications with current clients and affiliates as well as developing programs to generate additional business and revenue.
“Tom brings a wealth of marketing and business experience to OptInRealBig,” said Steve Richter, President. “His background and expertise will be invaluable to our continued growth and success. He has already jumped in and begun to make his mark on the company, taking charge of some exciting marketing initiatives that will be announced this summer.”
Tom has over 15 years of marketing experience and holds an MA in English from Northeastern Illinois University. Tom’s background includes experience with several online and offline marketing companies, including MatchLogic (formerly a division of Excite@Home), Exmplar, Wholepeople.com, and HenryGill Advertising.
In his new position as Creative Department Manager, Tony will be focused on leading the design team in producing highly effective websites, banners and other creative for OptInRealBig and its clients.
“Tony initially joined the company at a crucial time in our growth,” said George Avery, Director of CPA Empire. “He has helped take our creative department to a new level, providing outstanding design work for many of our clients and advertisers. He also played a key role in organizing our Banner Network Program, which has become a highly valuable service for our clients. Tony will continue to focus on leading our creative team and further developing our Banner Network Program.”
Tony has been working in graphic and web design for the past two years. Prior to joining CPA Empire, he held positions as a freelance web designer and Assistant Design Editor with the Colorado Hockey Insider. Tony received his BA in Art from Saint Cloud University in Minnesota.
