WESTMINSTER, CO - 02/03/2006 - OptinRealBig.com, LLC, an industry leader in online direct marketing today announced that it appointed Steven Richter as Optin's new President and General Counsel.
For the past five years Mr. Richter has been outside legal counsel to Optin in his capacity as a partner in the law firm of Goodman & Richter, LLP which concentrates in internet law, business and tax litigation. He has also published articles and made presentations (including the FTC forum on Spam and Affiliate Summit) pertaining to internet law and compliance with Federal and state statutes and regulations. Mr. Richter served as a San Diego County Deputy District Attorney in a pro bono capacity and spent several years on the editorial staff of San Diego Lawyer Magazine.
Mr. Richter received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pace University, graduated from Newport University School of Law and holds a Certified Public Accountant license. Before practicing law Steve founded and operated a land development and custom home construction company which operated in three states. He was responsible for the production and marketing of more than 1,500 homes and commercial projects.
