CPAEMPIRE EXPANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE INITIATIVE AND LAUNCHES E3 PROGRAM

WESTMINSTER, CO – 02/01/2006 – CPAEmpire.com, a division of OptinRealBig.com, LLC, known for being the most Affiliate-friendly network around, today announced that it has expanded the company’s customer service initiatives with the launch of their latest customer-centric program.  This new initiative, Exceeding Expectations Everyday, affectionately known as the E3 Program, was designed to reward team members who have provided service that exceeds customers and colleagues’ expectations during both good and difficult times.

“Everyone knows when they’ve received great service—and when they’ve been shortchanged”, said Steve Richter, President.  “The E3 Program will ensure that our team members don’t just deliver on minimum expectations.  We’re looking to over-deliver on accurate, courteous and prompt service.”

Steve continued, “Our affiliate-friendly reputation is one of the reasons that our company has grown and our affiliates remain loyal.  Expanding this approach to all of our customers including advertisers, vendors and fellow staff members, further demonstrates CPAEmpire’s commitment to service excellence and our understanding of the importance of building stronger working relationships.”

As part of the E3 Program, each month the Quality Control team will contact a random sampling of customers to solicit feedback on their recent experience with a CPAEmpire staff member.  Customers that provide a timely response to the short survey will receive a $25.00 Visa Gift Card.  As always, comments on staff members whether positive or negative can be sent via mail or email to the CPAEmpire.com office at any time.
