Official Rules

The contest officially begins on May 1, 2007 and will continue through June 30, 2007 (the “contest period”).  Winners will be announced on or before July 10, 2007.

(Earn $5,000 - $9,999 during the contest period)

(Earn $10,000 – $49,999 during the contest period)

(Earn $50,000+ during the contest period)

By participating in this contest, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of CPA Empire®, a division of Media Breakaway, LLC (“CPA Empire”) regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules, which shall be considered final and binding.

To be eligible to take part in this contest, you must be an active Affiliate in good standing with CPA Empire.  Affiliate accounts may not be combined. Only one prize will be awarded per company.

THE PRIZE CANNOT BE GIVEN AWAY OR SOLD TO ANYONE ELSE OUTSIDE OF THE WINNING AFFILIATE’S COMPANY. NO CASH VALUE, NO SUBSTITUTIONS, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 By participating in this contest, you agree to use only the marketing and advertising methods that have been deemed acceptable by CPA Empire's Terms and Conditions.   Use of any methods deemed unacceptable in the sole discretion of CPA Empire will render you ineligible to win the prize.

You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CPA Empire and its owners, members, employees, agents and attorneys from any claims, damages, losses, etc. that may arise out of or from your participation in this contest. Any claim or dispute arising from or out of the Contest Rules or participation in the Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue for any dispute arising out of or from this contest shall be determined in any Federal or state court in Denver, Colorado.

Taxes and duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Participants agree to allow CPA Empire and its designee(s) the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

CPA Empire reserves the right to amend these Official Rules, and any amendments shall come into force upon being posted on the CPA Empire website.
The contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada.

Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of August 9, 2007.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the CPA Empire’s discretion, may be awarded to an alternate eligible winner.
